Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery as all product is hand made.  Faster delivery is available for an additional fee.

Returns

Every item is backed by quality and craftmanship.  If a product you purchased has a material or manufacturing flaw, please e-mail us at LisasLootBags@AOL.com to arrange a return pick up.  If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund.  We will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days for a merchandise exchange or a refund based on the original method of payment.  Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.  Please try to return all items with a copy of the original paperwork.
